1 to 2 June went Eat Food Forum in Stockholm, an international forum with representatives from around the world talking about food, health and sustainability. There were panel discussions and workshops featuring the brightest minds from the fields of science, politics, business and civil society.
The vision of EAT is a transformation of the global food system to sustainably feed a healthy population of nine billion people by mid-Century.
The list of speakers included among others both the Swedish and Norwegian prime ministers, several representatives of the royal houses, Gunhild Stordalen Norwegian doctor and environmental activist, CEOs for example Nestle and DSM, ministers and chairmans of various actors around the world.
